A brilliant filling meal for most weight loss programs.
1 kg Baby Potatoes
4 tbsp dry Parsley / bunch of fresh Parsley
4 tbsp Vegetable Bouillon / or 2 Knorr Vegetable Cubes
1 medium Onion
1 pinch Low-Sodium Salt
1 pinch cracked Black Pepper
1 slice of Toast (toasted twice)
1 Garlic toe / or a few drops of Garlic Oil
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1Slice and dice the courgette and the onion, then fry the mix on in a large pot, with some vegetable oil, until the courgette gets a glassy look and the Onion get golden brown.
2Dice the Baby Potatoes and add the to the mix.
Also add 800ml of boiling water.
3Cook on medium Heat for about 40 minutes, until the potatoes are soft.
1Cut the Garlic toe in half and rub it over both sides of the toast.
2Dice the Toast.
3Put the Toast in a hot pan with 1-2 tbsp of Vegetable Oil.
If you didn't have a garlic toe, add now some drops of Garlic Oil in the pan.
4Fry the croutons in the pan until they are really crunchy.
5Decorate your masterpiece and indulge the Goodness.
