A very nice table decoration at any party or BBQ.
7 Cherry Tomatoes
7 fresh Basil leaves
Humous (or Philadelphia / soft Cheese)
1 pinch Himalayan Rock Salt
1 pinch cracked Black Pepper
7 slices of Cucumber
1Cut the cherry tomatoes open at the side where the greens were on.
2Hollow them with a pointy knife and a teaspoon handle.
3Fill the tomatoes then with your favourite flavoured Humous / cheese.
4Rest them on a Humous / cheese bed to make them stand upright and add garnish.
Works well with 'Garlic & Herb Philadelphia', too.
