Delicious warm snack made in no time...
8 medium Champignons
4 tbsp Sweetcorn
1 small Onion
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 slices of Toast
1Roast the mushrooms and onions slightly in a pan.
2Add the sweetcorn and radish slices.
3Stir for a few minutes until everything is piping hot.
4Soya-butter some fresh hot toast and snack healthy.
