A very tasty and healthy pesci-vegetarian dish for two.

Yields: 2 Servings
2 smoked Macrels
For 1 cereal bowl full of vegetables, use:
1/2 Bell Pepper
1 toe of Garlic
2 Cherry Tomatoes
2 tbsp(Soya) Butter
1 pinchLow Sodium Salt
1 pinchcracked Black Pepper
1Cook the Rice as usual.
2Tear the Mackerels apart and make sure to remove all the fishbones.
“Break” the smoked fish length wise half open, along the fishbone line, and pick out the now perfectly visible fish bones with tweezers.
3Cook the vegetables with the Soya Butter.
4And mix it all in a bowl or on the plates.
Serve warm or cold.
