A mix of cookies, pancakes and wafer rolls. Absolutely addictive.

1 cup self raising Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
2 free range Eggs / Egg Whites
1/2 cup (Soya) Margarine
1-2 tsp Vanillin
1 tsp ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup (Soya) Milk
1Preheat the oven on 190 degrees.
2Mix the melted butter, sugar, vanillin, cinnamon, egg whites and soya milk in a bowl.
3Add the flour.
Stir until the mixture is even and slightly sticky.
4Flour a non-sticking baking tray
or lightly butter some baking paper.
5Add a Teaspoon of dough (per finished sweet roll) to the tray and spread it with the convex side of the spoon to a very flat circle.
6Bake slightly, for about 5 minutes on the middle tray, until the sides turn slightly golden.
7Take the flats off the tray with a flat object, i.e. a butter knife; and turn them around.
8Add some Raspberry jam and roll the flats up.
9Leave them cooling on the side of the fold.
