Fluffy Spring Mash option...
5 large boiled Potatoes
1 tbsp (Soya) Butter
1/2 cup (Soya) Milk
1 tbsp dried Parsley
1 pinch Himalayan Salt
1 pinch cracked Black Pepper
1 Knorr Vegetable Cube /or 2 tbsp Vegetable Bouillon
1/2 cup Sweetcorn
1 cup dolphin friendly caught Tuna
1Mash your potatoes, add the soya butter and some soya milk, the bouillon, salt & pepper and the parsley and stir until mash is creamy.
2Add some sweetcorn and tuna.
1Cut a heart out of a red bell.
